On a more personal level, Norma has two adult children who were primarily raised in Bend. In her time away from Real Estate, she enjoys the many outdoor activities Central Oregon has to offer; golfing, downhill and cross country skiing, hiking and biking. Other interests include working out, cooking, wine tasting and traveling.
Julie Moe | Broker, ABR, Buyer & Listing Specialist | Co-Team Leader
Julie has been a member of the Central Oregon Community since 1972. She was employed with the Central Oregon Association of Realtors for 12 years. She has been a Licensed Realtor since 1996, for a total of nearly 30 years combined real estate experience. Julie is a member of the Local, State, and National Association of Realtors, REBAC, and the Multiple Listing Service of Central Oregon.She is also a Local Director for the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. Julie knows the Central Oregon market inside and out. She loves the challenge of finding just the right home or property for each Buyer, making sure their purchase is a positive experience. Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, skiing, golf, hiking, and traveling.
Martha Gerlicher | Broker, Buyer Specialist
Martha relcated to Central Oregon in 1997 from the Portland Metro area. A licensed real estate broker since 2007, her primary role on the team is to assist buyer's in locating property here in Central Oregon. Martha is a graduate of Portland State University with a degree in Business and attended the University of London School of Economics. She has also been a local business owner and very involved in our schools as a PTA President and volunteer. Her two children are graduates of Bend Senior High and attend University of Oregon and UC Davis. Martha and her family are residents of the Broken Top Golf Community, along with their toy poodle Bentley.
Camille Scott | Broker, Office and Marketing Manager
Camille has lived in Central Oregon since 1984. With experience in customer service, sales and project management, Camille's extensive background in real estate, residential construction and property management allows her to coordinate all aspects of the teams marketing and transaction needs. A Business Management graduate from Linfield College, her goal is to provide extraordinary service to all clients. Camille enjoys spending time with her husband, Allen, family, friends, traveling, hiking, camping, boating, and long walks with her golden retrievers Daisy and Jake.
Traci Kemitz | Broker, Buyer & Listing Specialist
Traci has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon since 2005. What she likes best about her job are her clients. Her expertise is meeting potential homeowners and helping them realize their dream of owning a home in Central Oregon. The connection with her clients year after year is one of the greatest joys of her career. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Traci had a career in the legal profession in Southern California. With an Associate’s Degree in legal studies she worked as a paralegal for 10 years in the civil litigation field. Traci also has experience working for a home styling company staging homes for sale with builders and homeowners. Traci has two children, one in middle school and one in high school. She loves all Central Oregon has to offer in both lifestyle and recreation.
