Residing in Bend since 1988, Norma has been actively involved in community activities almost since the day she and her family arrived from the San Francisco Bay Area. Her dedication to community service ranges from Cub Scout Den mother in 1989/1990 to serving on various boards including The Saint Charles Medical Center Foundation Board, Assistance League of Bend, Heart Institute of the Cascades, Hospice House Capital Campaign, as well as being active in The Central Oregon Board of Realtors, Bend Chamber of Commerce, City Club of Central Oregon and various fund raisers.

In order to provide unparallel and exceptional service to those she serves, Norma employs a team of licensed Real Estate Professionals including Buyer Specialists, a Marketing Manager and Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator. This ensures a smooth buying or selling transaction from start to finish.
On a more personal level, Norma has two adult children who were primarily raised in Bend. In her time away from Real Estate, she enjoys the many outdoor activities Central Oregon has to offer; golfing, downhill and cross country skiing, hiking and biking. Other interests include working out, cooking, wine tasting and traveling.

Julie has been a member of the Central Oregon Community since 1972. She was employed with the Central Oregon Association of Realtors for 12 years. She has been a Licensed Realtor and assistant at Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate since 1996, for a total of 25 years combined real estate experience. Julie is a member of the Local, State, and National Association of Realtors, REBAC, and the Multiple Listing Service of Central Oregon. She is also a Local Director for the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. Julie knows the Central Oregon market inside and out. She loves the challenge of finding just the right home or property for each Buyer, making sure their purchase is a positive experience. Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, skiing, golf, hiking, and traveling.

Debbie has been living in and promoting Central Oregon - Bend, Sisters & Redmond, Oregon since 1989. She approaches her career with integrity, market knowledge, enthusiasm and boundless energy. In recognition of her exceptional performance, Debbie has been honored with one of Coldwell Banker's highest awards, the "International President Circle" only the top 7% of all Sales Associates Internationally qualify for this award. Additionally, she is a member of "The Previews Property Specialist" and holds a "Graduate of Real Estate Institute" (GRI) designation. Debbie in her free time enjoys playing tennis on the ACB 4.5 USTA team, golfing, biking, and snowshoeing. She has a grown daughter and two dogs a black lab and a golden retriever.
