Residing in Bend since 1988, Norma has been actively involved in community activities almost since the day she and her family arrived from the San Francisco Bay Area. Her dedication to community service ranges from Cub Scout Den mother in 1989/1990 to serving on various boards including The Saint Charles Medical Center Foundation Board, Assistance League of Bend, Heart Institute of the Cascades, Hospice House Capital Campaign, as well as being active in The Central Oregon Board of Realtors, Bend Chamber of Commerce, City Club of Central Oregon and various fund raisers.

On a more personal level, Norma has two adult children who were
primarily raised in Bend. In her time away from Real
Estate, she enjoys the many outdoor activities Central Oregon
has to offer; golfing, downhill and cross country skiing,
hiking and biking. Other interests include working out,
cooking, wine tasting and traveling.
Julie Moe
Broker, ABR, Buyer Specialist
Julie has been a member of the Central Oregon Community since
1972. She was employed with the Central Oregon Association of
Realtors for 12 years. She has been a Licensed Realtor and
assistant at Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate for the
past 11 years, for a total of 23 years combined real
estate experience. Julie is a member of the Local, State, and
National Association of Realtors, REBAC, along with the
Multiple Listing Service of Central Oregon. She
is also a Local Director for the Central Oregon
Association of Realtors.
Julie knows the Central Oregon market inside and out. She loves
the challenge of finding just the right home or property for
each Buyer, making sure their purchase is a positive
experience.
Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, skiing,
golf, hiking, and traveling.
Debra Simonson
Broker, Office Manager
Debra and her family moved to Central Oregon in 1992 from
Boulder, Colorado. Debra received her real estate license in
1993 and worked as an agent and as a transaction coordinator
for a top agent in Sunriver. Most recently she was an escrow
assistant with a local title company and then made the move
back into real estate where she is a licensed assistant and
transaction coordinator for Norma DuBois. By coordinating all
the details of a transaction, including inspections, financing,
appraisals, repairs, title reports and paperwork, Debra insures
the sale or purchase of a property is completed in the
smoothest manner possible.
Lori Levias
Broker, Buyer Specialist
Lori and her family relocated to Central Oregon in 2002 to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle and friendly family environment the region has to offer. Lori has an extensive background in sales and customer service and transitioned quickly into the real estate community. She is very knowledgeable about the local school system, parks, recreation programs and other children's activities. Lori is a member of the Local, State, and National Association of Realtors. Her focus is on keeping up to date on the changing Central Oregon market and providing extraordinary service to her clients. Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and their 9 year old daughter, and visiting the Oregon Coast, Portland and Las Vegas.
Amanda Lenke

Having lived most of her life in Bend, Amanda has watched Central Oregon grow from a small town to the thriving city it is today. Her education and background previous to joining Coldwell Banker is in marketing and sales. She has been with Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate since 2000, working both as an assistant and as a licensed Broker. She is a member of the local, state, and National Association of Realtors. Amanda is not only familiar with Bend's history, but is excited about its future. She enjoys hiking, golfing, camping, travel, the musical and artistic events Bend has to offer, and spending time with friends and family. Alison Cambron

Alison relocated to Central Oregon from Sonoma Valley, California. She attended Santa Rosa Junior College taking business office technology and general education classes. Alison creates marketing materials for advertising and Internet exposure. Her background is a diverse mix of administrative assistant, teaching assistant, customer service, and marketing. With her strong technology skills and attention to detail, Alison will ensure your home is marketed for maximum exposure. She enjoys art, cooking, reading, skiing, biking, walking, and time with her husband and family.
